This a formal complaint that I was subjected to this companies unjust ways of doing business. First of all they sent me a fake summons as if it was approved by a judge when in fact it was not. But to make it worst they were able to use this fake document to give to my bank to freeze my bank account.

I was not aware they were going to do this but also when they did I was not able to pay my rent nor my car insurance and was forced to borrow money so that I would not become homeless after not being able to pay my rent.

I have direct deposit so therefore they froze all I had. For a bill that was only for 390.00. I have a freeze on my bank acct for 3175.00. I know that it was right for me to ignore this bill but I totally forgot I had this credit since it has been more than 6 yrs ago.
But this is insane that these people can shut down another human being like this. You literally lose your lively hood when someone freezes your bank acct and you already live paycheck to paycheck as it is. I had no gas nor money to do my regular grocery shopping for my family and as I mentioned my rent was due and also my car insurance. Something needs to be done these people are conducting business illegally and sad to say they are lawyers. Is this what they teach them in law school.
