Ripoff slow processing

Currently I am up-to-date and have paid extra principle on my mortgage with this company. They have not sent me an October statement. I called to inquire what the problem may be and they told me my mortgage is in foreclosure. 6 to 7 phone calls later, I have not yet received a good reason. They said they need to contact their lawyers. Currently, I am looking for a lawyer myself. Fortunately, they are not the primary lien holder on my property. After reading all of the usacomplaints. Coms, I am concerned. I feel I'm getting the run around.

I've read that they service "high risk" loans. Let me state that my credit report is excellent. The comapany that originally held my mortgage unfortunately sold it to these people.
