Lowlifes even abused my 13 year old daughte

These extortionists are harassing me and my children. They continually call my cell and home phones. They are attempting to collect a debt that was included in a Bankruptcy. They even had the nerve to give me the account #. When I found it on my credit report it clearly stated "charge off". They made this same report to all 3 bureaus about 6 months ago and I had it removed. They are asking for $5000 on what they claim is a $20,000 debt. When my 13 year old answered the phone one day they told her you better put your mother on the phone or you are going to be in big trouble. They actually told me they were coming to my job with the police and have me taken away in hand cuffs if I didn't pay them $5000. I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General. This time I will keep copies of all the paper work I send to the Credit Bureaus because I will likely have to do this again. If anyone has a class action going on please contact me.
