I am in bankruptcy and was surprised to see a proof of claim submitted to the bankruptcy court of $18,877.11 by CALVARY SERVICES LLC. I had no idea what it was for and investigated this claim, after the trustee of my bankruptcy had sent me a notice that he planned on paying this "debt" in full on my behalf.

After I dug through my records I found that I had retained an attorney in 2003 to have this BS debt from CALVARY SERVICES LLC removed from my credit report. My attorney also made them cease their non-stop telephone harassing on my cell phone while I was at work. Did anyone else get harassed by a rotten woman that gives the evil name of Terri Voellner? This B* would call me at work non-stop after I would hang up on her. She was retarded and would spell her name to me over and over.By the fifth call she made to me, she then would proceed to tell me that I was a total piece of crap. Thank God my attorney stopped this and her. Being a single mom with two children, the last thing I wanted to do was spend money on an attorney and worry over losing my job.

Bottom line is... Due to the fact the debt is well beyond the statute of limitation for collections, (6 years in California) and I have yet to see any court papers or judgement to collect a deficiency, there is NOTHING that gives them the right to collect any money whatsoever from me and probably you as well. It is intimidation by CALVARY criminals. After they removed their derogatory mark from my credit report, I never thought of it again. Now, unbelievable as it may seem, here they to harass me, yet again, 3 full years later. Again I have to pay an attorney to file an objection to their BS claim. I am ready to join any class action suit against Calvary Investments LLC, and can be contacted at my email:

A site I found for you to check the statute of limitations on for collections for any state in the US Do not allow these a*holes to intimidate you! They are cockroaches and are no stranger to consumers filing legal charges against them for their practices, checkout:
