Pushy ill mannered employees

This company has been calling for days since I applied for a loan and they will not answer direct questions, like "what are your fees?" what sort of limit do you provide on your cards, they could not answer these questions until I provided my routing and account number. I did some research, and found consumer complaints. After reading one consumer complaint, I scroll down and see a rebuttal from an employee!!! You should really read what he wrote. He is completely ill-mannered I copied and pasted a piece of his rebuttal in case you can't find it:

Here is what he writes to potential clients: "The fact is you are a very irresponsible person who enters into agreements without paying attention to the terms. If you did not want help with your crdit you should have said i like my bad credit just the way it is. Grow up and quit blaming everyone for your problems. EVERYONE IS AT FAULT BUT YOU!!! YOU ARE PERFECT!!!"

Is this enough to not sign up with this company? Is this someone you want to do business with? I am so greatful that I did not give them my banking info. Anyone with bad credit can fix their credit by pre-paying credit cards. So much safer. Also there are companies like the in NYC... They are a credit enhancement company. They charge $40.00 a month to remove deragotory remarks off your credit report. The have a phenomenal reputation. If this US Goldline is telling you they will help your credit, give a company like a call, and let them help you. There service is outstanding I recently signed up!
