Took my $200 and told me it was a major credit card, but can only use on their useless site

I got a call from the website ameritrustshop.com and they told me I would just have to give them $200 and then I would get a major credit card. I got their credit card in the mail and its NOT a major credit card, its only a card to use on their website. Their website only sells stupid stuff that I would never want to waste my money on. I called the company and they are un-willing to cancel my account or to refund my $200. I have been scammed by this company and I feel that its just going to get worse with them. Something needs to be done about the fools running this scam.
