Trying to Collect - Statute of Limitations Expired

This company has been leaving messages at my home but I will certainly not be calling them back. Phone rings Out of Area. I received a letter several days after the phone calls began.

They are trying to collect somthing that is 13 years old and not on my credit report. A very old charge off account. They are also addressing me under my former name. I searched the Statute of Limitations laws for my state and clearly this is not something that they can ever collect on.

I filed a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission and I FedExed them a cease and desist letter. Please note the following address which is different than their PO Box mailing address. Hopefully this information will help someone. Also, they are listed on 411.com as NAFS.
