BellSouth (2 Accounts) which BellSouth has no record nor affirms anything due from me

As in the last poster this company has been destroying my credit on all three credit bureaus. They continue to affirm the alleged obligation to BellSouth but won't substantiate the same with any written proof. BellSouth states they do not work for them.

Each time I dispute the debit with a credit bureau, this collection agency updates the "Date Reported" and have on occassion updated the "Date Opened". This is not legal to do so nor are their claims substantiated.

When will action be taken by them to remove this pittance of amounts from my credit bureaus before I/We take this further.

A copy of this note and others will be sent to them and the credit bureaus.
