Ripoff

Made a deposit 1/2 check 1/2 cash, into a bank one ATM of 1,550.00.

Paid rent, week later, landlord states payment bounced. Got a letter from bank, stating deposit was wrong. Hm! Cash was not in envelope. Bank sent a letter stating investigation was done, and customer is wrong, bank is right. Bank One does nothing but add daily fees for over drafting my account. They will not do a thing more. They ripped me off 200.00.

I have filed a complaint with FDIC and BBB. I will never use ATM for depositing cash again. They take cash out of envelopes.
