Draconian Lende

My wife and I just came in from dancing in the street since we were accepted by another lender for a fixed rate. Our payments started out at $891.00 a month and when we fell behind due to being laid off (I'm in the home building trade) ASC wouldn't even talk to me unless I was late.

Then when we were late by just sixty days and back on our feet, they refused to let me pay the back payments and forced me to restructure my loan and pay $7,000.00 for the previlege to keep my home and pay $1,600.00 a month on 10.9 % interest. We barely kept our house and lost alot of equity due to their darconian restructured loan points and interest buy back.

Stay away from this company at all costs. They are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I thank God for getting out of their clutch with my house still in our possession. Our family was very close to being out on the street despite having a hundred thousand in equity.

If we had the money we would sue in a heart beat to try and recover the money they stole from my family.
