I have paid this debt 3times. Theyare still trying to hound me for more money

I have recently contacted this compant, their representive hung up on me 3 times. They threatened me and refused to hear what i had to say. I told them that i paid my debt to the orginal creditor. They told me i was lying and that i stillowe $64.00. I told them i have paid this amount 3 times and that i wll not pay them another dime. The lady i spoke to got extremely loud and rude and then hung the phone up. I called back and got the same person and she hung the phone up. Then again I a third time i got hung up on. I told this women that i have shown prove of payment and was told it was taken care of. It has been three years before i have heard anything form a collector on this matter. I even asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused. When this company calls they use a private name private number. It makes me feel really suspicious of this company. Please help me. I feel very violated and worried becasue these people have access to my credit report and are repeativley checking my credit.
