Beware all taxes still not paid 1-18-08

Well, I spoke too soon.
On January 18, I received notice from Harris County that my county taxes have YET to be paid.
Even though Chase website reflects that County, School, and MUD taxes were paid, the taxing entities reflect ZERO payment towards the 2007 taxes as of January 18.

I checked CHIMNEY HILL MUD (supposedly the check was overnighted on January 09 and NO PAYMENT RECEIVED.
Per Harris County delinquent tax notice, and website, NO PAYMENT RECEIVED.
Per Cy-Fair School District Tax website - NO PAYMENT RECEIVED.

er Chimney Hill MUD website - NO PAYMENT RECEIVED.
Even though Chase Home Finance collects over $5,000 a year in escrow to pay insurance and taxes, they FAIL TO REMIT PAYMENTS.
