Rip off sent them 1157.94 twice never got my refund and was rejected for unknon reasons internet

I was approved for 10000.00 sent 1157.94 lender backed out sent another 1157.94 another lender wanted more i was unable to send more as i borrowed this money from a friend i am in dire straights as i now owe more than ever i was promised a refund and have not recieved it the phone number is no longer working please help
