Company took $1788 guaranteeing a personal loan. I was told lender backed out of agreement

I applied for a personal loan on line on 10-8-08. I was notified on 10-20 that I was approved for a secured loan of $5000. I was told I had to send $880 through moneygram and the moneys would be deposited in my account. I did that on 10-31. After confirmation that my payment was received i was told that the $5000 would be deposited into my account on 11-3.

I did not get the money. I called Cedarbrook and was informed by Stanley Denton that the insurance company will not cover personal loan for lender because of my credit. They wanted more colateral so i was told to send another $880 and the loan would be guaranteed and i would not have to make payments until July 09. Mr. Denton guaranteed deposit by 3pm on 11-4. When there was no deposit made i called Mr. Denton and he tells me that the lender backed out of the deal.

I was very upset because i borrowed that money and i have all my bills due including rent. I will be receiving a eviction notice today. I am a single parent and i explained all this to Mr. Denton. He tells me if i send 1800 dollars more he could secure me a $10,000 loan. I have asked for a refund and he tells me that they cannot do that until 11-24. Can you please help me. All i want is my money back so i can pay my bills and pay back the people that i borrowed from. Thanking you in advance for any help you can give me.
