Overdraft Fees While Deposits Took Over 24 Hours to Show

After banking at BB&T in Virginia Beach for the last eight years, this last year has been a nightmare for me. They have repeatedly charged me overdraft fees for no reason. They continue to claim that charges are taken immediately, even though deposits are not seen for more than 24 hours, even if the deposit is cash. They claim to post charges immediately but never a deposit.

Recently, they even charged me overdraft fees for an outstanding charge (even when it was not going through). Sometimes people running your card as a charge can run an incorrect amount. They also topped it off with an overdraft charge on top of another one for their monthly 12 fee, so now my fee is 42.00. This makes no sense to me anymore, and I am going elsewhere.

Even when I was receiving unemployment, they claimed it had not been posted when, according to the state, it had been posted several days before. It seems that now they can only take your money immediately, but not if it is your deposit. I am finished.
