This is a scam! Has nothen to do with data entry it just tells you how to rip off other people once you've paid the fee

I found this job on a job search engine and thought it was for real so I contacted the person and paid the fee for the training material to learn how to make money ad processing only to find out that the ad's you would be processing would be ones you created and posted on free job sites to get people to send you a fee and tell them how to do the same thing to someone else. This is a scam and very illegal! Don't fall for it.
