$100,000 equity rip off bank refused to take the money to cure by thier inactions! And take no responibilty for thier actions!

Because of this bank unwillingsness to return a phone call 33 to be exact!!! We lost a home. The Trustee was unreachable with an disconnected phone numbers on the recorded documents. To make matters worse upon finally speaking with a supervisor she made it clear this bank has no responsibilty to return any phone calls whether the borrower wants to cure the default or not. They simply have to many cases to handle, therefore its not thier fault we lost the property. Armed with all of phone records and all the recored documents we have elected to file a law suit.
