Company Help What Help?

It began when I had a big reduction in salary. I was beginning to fall back in payments and called EMC immediately and transferred to their MOD Squad. I was sent paperwork to fill out, did so, sent everything back, never heard anything. After numerous calls, transfers, etc. I was sent to one person, then transferred to another and on and on. I finally asked for phone numbers of these individuals, got them, left numerous messages and none were returned. I am beginning to think that this company is run by answering machines. I am 73 yrs old, still working with a highly dimished salary and always made my payments on time. It has finally come down to a point where I am 3 months behind with no word from the MOD Squad who are supposed to avoid anything happening to your home and help you possibly lower your payments. I am seeing them in Court in February, I am armed with so many complaints from this website which I hope helps my situation.

My message to all, do not finance with EMC I originally did not but my mortgage was apparently transferred to them. Now my home is on the line and I pray that I can get this company's ears opened about how bad their customer service department is. I have personally never dealt with any other company with so many rude, uninformed, non-responsive individuals. I am sure someday they will fall. You know what they say about payback...
