Ripoff liar allstate agent - kay Roseborough left scrambling for insurance Tulsa

Insurance allstate insisted we do repairs to our property or they would cancel our insurance, $1500 later they cancelled us.

The westside allstate office is run by a moron, she keeps her files and notes in a pile on a desk she can never find anything, unfortunately for the people who are insured by her.

I received a letter from allstate stating i needed to repair my garage, i called them they informed me it needed a new roof by the first or they would not renew my policy, i said fine, i had a new roof put on and i went and dropped off my receipts as proof i was told they would be by, the first came and went i got a call from my mortgage company they informed me i was in default of my loan for having no insurance, i called my agent she informed me she had cancelled my policy 6 days prior and had informed my mortgage holder but was unable to get ahold of me.

Evidently this idiot couldn't find my policy (of 3 years) in that pile of crap in her office, so she didn't have my address.

So i am left with repair bills that were unneeded, and i was without insurance, i thought they could not cancel your policy if your paid up, and uninformed.

Plus i got to deal with about 10 unfriendly call from my mortgage holder, and i was left scrambling for insurance.
