Pacific Equity Brokers Aka Kevin Brian White Co Inc REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FRAUD

I was contacted by Nelida "Nellie" Cortez at this company to provide short term financing for a borrower who was in contract to sell his home. They would prepare all the paper-work (Notes, Deeds of Trust etc) and sell his house within 6 weeks max and I would get back all my funds.

I have sent numerous emails to the agent, her assistant, and left messages for the broker since June. I have not recevied any calls nor any funds. I found the company listed on www.manta.com and it lists thier business and SIC codes as Mortgage Bankers and Loan Correspondents. If this is their business then why did they need an outside investor unless their was an intential rip-off. Secondly why did they put the borrowers name in the wrong place on the Deed of Trust and make it impossible to force the borrower to pay me back my funds.

Please do not do any real estate or mortgage transactions with this company.
