Very rude and non-caring company

Been with americredit over 2 1/2 yrs never been late with a payment, My husband uncle died and not even a week later my husband father had a quadruple bypass surgery, so I call to ask if the could deferred my truck payment for that month cause we add to travel and say at a motel and buy food etc. Their come back from the manger was " we should of stayed at a cheaper motel and that why couldn't my wife stay at home, this way it wouldn't have cost as much for food or motel " what kinda of customer service is that? I have never ever hear of any company treating customers like that, funny when we talked to our other finance co. They were very sorry about what happen and had no problem at all deferring the payment!

Never again will I have anything to do with americredit and I suggest anyone think twice before dealing with an uncaring company like Americredit.
