Request for Deferred payment

On March 8, my spouse had a swing and was hospitalized and endured another stoke just a couple nights later within the clinic. I approached Americredit since the physicians explained he'd be off-work also it might take a moment for restoration. We'd created 5 funds on our mortgage in those days. I had been informed by three Americredit reps that people would need to create six funds before we're able to get 2 payments delayed. We fought to help make the sixth cost and was informed to call-back three times following the cost and arrange for the money to get a deferral. I had been also provided the price to set up for that deferral. I called back about the next evening and was informed " no deferrments can be found, the organization chooses when it'll provide them with, they're not guaranteed. I inquired if there is a stop evening/time, and so I might call-back... They stated no, you will find none available at this time. We were deceive. I had been never told these were not guaranteed.
