They are awfull! Instead of helping me they are ruining me and my credit!

I contacted this company back in June. At that time I had a total of $16,172.24 in credit card debt. I submitted what was needed. I got a letter with the "Debt Reduction Plan" My out line was as follow:

Estimated outstanding debt: $16,178.24
Estimated amount we (PFS) will reduce your debt to: $8,089.12
My monthly payment: $347.34 Fees Included
Term of program: 36months

Middle of last year they were trying to settle with one of my creditors.
An offer was made I agreed to it. I Came up with the $2,500.00 deposit they were requesting. I'm not sure what happened but next thing I know I am being sued by the creditor. I contacted PFS to see if they had some one who could come with me to court. And they didn't.
My next court date is January 25th.

In November I had contacted the company via e-mail giving them authorization to withdraw my monthly payment on the 16th of November instead of the 28th of November so that my other creditor would not charge me a late fee. Well Mid December I get the statement in the mail and no payment was made!!! I was charged the $39.00 late fee.

I called PFS asap and got the run a round!!! And got no answer.

I tried stopping my December payment but it was to late for that.
All my accounts have been closed because I am afraid at this point.
I called PFS today (01/02/08) around 1:00PM and got VM and it its now 6:15PM and no one has called me back.

Please if someone can help me I'd appreciate it.
