I saw all these other reports and just couldn't believe it. They did all the same things to me! They raised my payment telling me my taxes had been increased, when in fact they had been lowered through the STAR Program by almost $7,000 a year! Our rate then promptly readjusted to some astronomical payment and now we are facing foreclosure. We have tried to work out a short sale, and they REFUSE to allow any purchaser to finance closing costs so it would be nearly impossible to sell my home. This company is real trouble. I am contacting the US Attorney General and I urge anyone who has been dealt a load from them to do the same.
