Fraudulently offers Master Card Liars Cheats

Capital 1st Called and offered me a Master Card with a 2500.00 limit no deoposit no interest.

I accepted they told me I would have a withdraw from my checking account for $39.00 for the thankyou gift that would br delivered with my card. I OK'd the $39.00.
I got the gift wich consisted of a bunch of coupons and adds and an application for the MC.

With in 2 days after recieving the package I called my bank to balance my account to find an unauthorized withdraw from CFB.

t this time I had no idea it was the "MC" I called the number listed on the withdraw and no one would tell me who I called or what type of business they did unless I gave them my SS#.

I did not want to of course not knowing who or what they were or why they took $ from my account.

ONce I knew who they were I asked to cancel my request for the "MC" and a full refund. I was told to write the company.

No one at this number can do anything but repeat the company's lame business policy (to ripp people off).

I called Information, no number listed, I called Master Card they had no Idea who these people were and referred me to the Federal fraud division.

I have filed with them along with MI attouney general. No refund was given to me, no explantion why. When I ask for one I am told the only thing I can do is write the company.

This company has stolen from me, lied to me and insulted me.
