Ripoff charges overdraft payments for things I did not charge business from hell

I was charged overdraft charges for charges I didn't make on my credit report. I contacted the company by phone and they refused to take the overdraft charges off. They charge $30.00 for any overdraft even if it is a few cents. They are a company ripoff from hell.
