Ripoff fraudulent billing and refusal to send a statment abused & mistreated

I receive disruptive phone calls stating that I haven't paid a bill, when I haven't purchased anything in over a year.

They are constantly calling my work and when I ask them to send me a statement they refuse.

They will not tell my the purchase date or the amount.
