Retailers National Bank ripoff! Intercepted my truck payment and refuse to give it back & lowered my cc limit from 400 to 200 before I paid it down and reported it to credit bureau

I went online to WFS Financials site to pay my truck payment with electronic check. I entered all the info about my checking account (Dec. 22 2004) that weekend I recieved a bank statement and a Mervyns statement, on my bank statement it showed a share draft for $175.83 check 1033 my truck payment. I opened the Mervyns statement and it showed a payment of $175.83 which was odd because I hadn't made a payment to them yet. That Monay I called my bank and they faxed me over a copy of the check.

The check was made out to retailers national bank and where the signature would go it said verbally authorized by depositor. I informed my bank that I have never given them permission to touch my money I was told to contact RNB so I did I told them they stole my truck payment and I wanted it back. They refused and said I made an error and called the wrong phone number. I said I wanted to know who I spoke to when and what time.

After being placed on hold several times for long lengths of time I was told I didn't speak to any one I called there automated system and punched the info in on the phone and when I asked when I had done that I was told at 130 am on Dec 22 I told Tracy I had never called and made a payment and I didn't do it this time either and I would turn them in to any one untill some one does something she told me if I pursued this I would look very foolish.

These people went into my bank account and took my money and no one is tring to do a thing I filed a report with the sheriff office attorney general wrote governor of Arizona the FBI postal inspecter and my bank sent me a letter saying after they investigated they feel its between me and RNB where I made the payment to. I won't rest until some thing is done to stop them. I already had my identity stolen and they caught who did it and let them off with probation it was only their first offence and it only ruined my life so no big deal.
