Bank of America "loan officer" requested school grades from my graduate school MBA degree in order to "humiliate" when processing loan

Bank of America (BOA) loan center in Port Saint Lucie asked my wife to provide for the bank's record, a copy of my graduate (MBA degree grades) school grades, in order to process the loan. Fortunately for me, I not only have my transcrips always available, but my grades were magna cum laude (GPA 3.8) as most MBA standard campus curriculum require a minimum GPA of 3.5 to grant MBA degrees to graduate-degree-seeking students. When complained about this infamy, and according to Bank of America, this was not a policy of the bank, and is something that they never heard of. I was never offered apologies, and never received not even a phone call from BOA. What apparently happened was that the "loan officer" became "envy green" about my school credentials, and since minorities "are not people deserving education" of my type of education, he just simply tried to "pathetically humiliate" and degrade my graduate degree and schooling efforts. It was a sort of unique discrimination procedure and improper use of his position to use personal discriminatory practices. I called this "loan person" and explained that if he would like to have a Master of Business Admistration he would have to pass a rigurous exam to be accepted in any graduate school campus curriculum, and then consistently maintain a GPA of a minimum of 3.5 total GPA in all semesters of the 2 years tenure. But first, he would have to have a minimum of a Bachelors degree to qualify as a master degree student. All this is possible to anyone willing to sacrifice time, expenses and study time to this goal for over a 6 years period. As a minority group, I am proud of my educational accomplishments, however, would never forgive BOA for allowing this humiliation practice to happen to me when doing business with the bank.in addition, it is interesting that BOA is been my only bank for over 2 decades of my life. This real personal story is told to warn customers of minority bankgrounds, to be very cautious when dealing with BOA. This infamy should not be tolerated.
