Priority Financial Deceptive loan practices changing interest rates etc. Steeling your home & California

I'm writing you today to let the public know of how crooked Countrywide & Priority Financial L.L.C is & how they are steeling good honest peoples homes. I applied for a Re-Finance threw Priority Financial which took my application over the phone in Michigan for a $360,000.00 mortgage & was told that everything was fine in Mar. Of 06' but 2 days before my closing Dale Goldberg notified me that the lender would only do a loan for $298,000.00 but, he had another company that would do the other $62,000.00 in form of an equilty line of credit by the name of America's Wholesale Lender (Which by the way they are actually Countrywide too) I Closed on the 15 Th of Mar. 06' @ closing I caught that the equilty line interest rate was incorrect it was approved @ 7 1/2% but, @ closing table it was changed to 11 1/4 % I said I wasn't gonna sign it so the Broker stated it was incorrect & gave me the confirmation papers stating the correct interest rate so I proceeded with the closing once they gave me the papers showing it.

Closing only took roughly 15 min. Which was after hours & was told I couldn't get a copy of my closing papers until the next day well lets say I didn't recieve them until almost 30 days later viloating the truth & Lending act & my right Recind the loan with-in 3 days Later it was also discovered that the Broker was order by Countrywide to pay a past Due amount of arrears of Alimony which was placed on my credit report & instead of paying the listing agecny on my credit report they paid my estranged wife in the amount of $7,433.00 which the Support agency only credits accounts when funds are paid directly to them etc. Which it was never credited & my X & her Atty; claimed it was a gift & was later found in contempt of court & spent in Jail from Dec. 8,06' threw Jan. 8 Th of 07' not only did I loose my freedom but my holiday (christmas & New Years) with my children.

Also lost my employee's & company during this or-deal once I was released from jail I found out that Countrywide started Forclosure proceedings. I had this trouble cz. Of them not doing there job correctly so one day before the sale was to happen in Feb. 14 Th of 07' Countrywide agreed to a workout payment which I sent them $2,000.00 & agreed to pay 1 1/2 times my payment till Jan. 08' which I followed to the tee & in July I was forced to file Bankruptcy on th 12th & I re-affirmed on the mortgage when I filed threw the Atty; Handling my Bankruptcy but, when I was getting Aug. Payment in form of an money order per our agreement I recieved a notice in the mail letting me know that they never recieved June & July's payment @ All.

So I called them to let them know that wasn't the case & they told me that they voided out my workout agreement with them cz. Of my filing for Bankruptcy even though I was paying as agreed. The real funny thing is that I recieved June's payment a few days later but they cashed July's (I'm confused here) they picked & choosed what payments they were accepting.

So now I'm dealing with them trying to forclose onmy home even after the last 2 years of sending letters & there internal documents to them with proof of all this they refused to do anything not to mention I also found out that they were still charging me late fee's even though I was paying per the agreement that was reached they also lied to the Bankruptcy court stating that I left my property & haven't paid a dime since Feb. Of 07' also they stated that the home wasn't worth anything cz. Landsafe did an appraisel which was it lease $60,000.00 less then the closing one that was done.

By the way Countrywide also owns Landsafe which did the appraisel they are crooked so still to this day I have never gotten credit for the arrears (Alimony Payment) that they paid directly to my X also my credit is ruined it was in the high 750/780 now I'm lucky if it's in the 500. I have sinced attained an Atty; & officially filed a law suit in Monroe, Michigan in Dec. 20 Th of 07' & I'm seeking anybody who lives in Michigan that is interested in a class action suit etc. I have already paid over $4,000.00 in Atty;s fee's please e-mail me briansottercreek@yahoo.com lets band togeather & stop this crooked company from taking good honest hard working people's home's they are deceptive & rude & viloate the laws as they see fitt they need to be brought down. S ref; to the interest rate Countrywide finally sent me a responce more then 9 months after I sent them all the papers etc. Although they admitt my interest rate @ 7 1/2 % but, it was only good for 30 days then was to set 3% percent higher which I never agreed to that but do the math 3% plus 7 1/2 % and it equals 10 1/2 % but my interest rate shows 11 1/4% Also the very first bill didn't even show 7 1/2 % then was to change after 30 days they are lier's & deserve everything that's coming to them.
