A woman called me adn my husbacd on our cell phone and told us we were recomended to them

We were in a rut, we lost our rental adn everything in it due to a fire in August. We were just getting back on our feet, we applied with a company for a 3000 dollar loan, the next day a woman from Premier lending called us and said that since we have been turned down by them, that they were will to try and help us.

Later that day she called us back and asked us to send her a copy of my husbands info, ssn, dl, and most recent paycheck. Once they recieved that they would e-mail me a copy of thier aggreement and we were to sign it and fax it back to them. They would in turn need a 989.00 deposit for insurance. We got paid the next day and sent the money to them via Money Gram. They said that they would reimburse us the fees from money gram along with the 5500.00 to my checking acct.

When i called my bank to see if the deposit was there the bak said taht it hadnt been placed in my acct. I called them and they said that the bank had been closed and the money wouldnt go through till monday since they didnt do transferes on the weekend. When monday came around and the money was still not in there. I called them and the woman called me back and asked that we send an additional 650.00 for a brokerage fee. I told her that we didnt have it and that we wanted a refund. She got a little hostile and told me that i would have to wait 2-6 weeks for the refund and cant we just barrow the money? We said no and we wanted the refund, she said okay and that it would be mailed in due time. Mind you this was two weeks before christmas and the paycheck that we gave her was the only one that we had before christmas, and we have two children.

We are grief stricken, afraid that we are going to lose our cars and our home, My hsband works 50 hours a week adn it is not budging our needs. I know that we will probably not get the money back but i am hoping to see some justice if nothing else, to see them shut down!!
