I recived a phone call saying I was able to recive a criedt card if I paid a one time fee of 199.00. The money was taken from my account and I have yet recived a criedt card and it has been 4 weeks. I tried the phone number given and it has never worked. I recived the offer over the phone from First Capital Consumers.
