Ripped off again and again and again Minneapolis

Well ameriquest ripped us off and made us wait for pay off money and over appraised our houses, now we enter into a class action lawsuit and are told we would receive our checks in mid november. Now they update that due to unforseen circumstances to december 14th. So like stupid consumers we have become, we all headed to the mailbox each day looking for the checks that rust consulting stated were sent out december 14th. And each day nothing. Now it is 9 days later and nothing. How ironic to tell people that checks were mailed december 14th and we should have them 7- 10 days later just in time for christmas right? Nope wrong again. So we call their hotline and nice people confirm we have checks coming and please wait, but we all know the truth, that even with holiday mail volume, we have sent out xmas cards and presents to all over america and they have been at their destinations in less then 5 days. So what goes on here? Oh we read the blogs of how checks are trickling into each state and people say they have them but we know better.
Lies, lies, lies.
Honesty is something that coporate america has lost.
As i write this letter my home is in foreclosure but not by ameriquest oh no, they sold the loan to citifinancial. So the dream i have owned since 1993 is gone and i live in an apartment, why? All because i believed a mortagage company who wanted to help me refinance and pay off some bills.
We are the prey and they are the predator and each day more and more will be taken.
Thank you america for nothing.
