TransAmerica United Benefits Group (aka) First National
Trans America United Benefits Group aka TransAmerica United Benefits Group fraudulant credit card scam

Business & Finance

Unsolicited Bank of America, Master card ($2,000) and three months later A Visa card ($2,500), depending upon payment history was being offered by company. They stated that this was being offered to those individuals who have been denied credit cards from other sources to include those who have had bankruptcy. Said the offer was to reestablish credit.

The fee for this card was $199.00. A confirmation code P/C GNE7596 was given as a confirmation number. They withdrew the funds from the checking account on September 20 as was agreed upon.

I then became suspecious and went to "GOOGLE" and typed in the phone number (416) 761-9083 and found it assigned to a different company known as:
Company
FIRST CAPITAL
Address:
Nationwide, U.S.A.
Phone Number:
416-761-9083

The phone number has only produced a busy signal.

This has all the appearances of a scam approaching those who have been financially destitute and seeing a gleam of hope for a reasonable price. BEWARE!
