Quicken Loans Cleveland Office - Adam Warner & Lynne Murphy
Dishonest interview process

After being contacted by Adam Warner of Quicken loans Celveland office and completing a 20 minute phone interview, I was told to call him back and let him know when I can come to Cleveland for an interview. After contacting Adam Warner 5 days later to let him know when I was coming to Cleveland, he proceeded to conduct another 20 minute phone interview, asking the exact same questions that he has asked during the first phone interivew.

At the end of the second interview, he told me to check my email tomorrow, as he was in the process of putting his interview schedule together. I never received an email. For the next week in a half, I called and left voice messages for Adam Warner, sometimes twice a day. Not a single phone call was returned. Finally after 10 days, Adam returned my call and told me that they had decided to pursue other candidates, this after I was told that he would get me in for an interview in Cleveland twice!

I immediately asked to speak with his manager, and he asked me "what can I do to better serve you?" Adam denied ever mentioning coming to Cleveland for an interview and told me that he's sorry that I misunderstood him. He told me it would do no good to speak with his manager, but I insisted and finally got through to Lynn Murphy. She listened to the story and said she would look into it and get back to me. Sure enough, no phone call, until I called her the next day and she finally returned my call. She had "looked into it" by letting me know that all of the conversations are recorded and Adam had never said that I should get back to him about coming to Cleveland. She repeated to me that they had chosen to pursue other candidates.

Adam Warner is a patholigical lier and Lynn Murphy is defending him by claiming that all of the conversations are recorded. If this is how potential employees are treated, I can only imagine how Quicken Loans treats their real employees.
