Splash Internatinal Lotto
Made me believe i won a lottery. But when calling the number to validate my call could not be completed the phone nuber on the check got me to someone but they told me to contact the senders of the letter first Amsterdam

I recieved a letter in the mail accompanied by a check for 2,500 dollars. The letter stated i had won the lottery but when i called the phone number givin to validate my call could not be completed. I then called the phone number on the check to Sabre Holdings and i was told i needed to contact Splash International Lotto first. I told them the phone number was not valid that i was supposed to call and he just continued to telkl me to contact them first.
