CashCall almost has me in tears

I fell victim just like the rest. I have never acknowledged that I dont owe CC. I am willing to pay them back as soon as I get my IRS refund.? Is will they take that too? Then i read here and realize not to settle with them on their settlements unless its in paper. So now im more confused. H ow many of us are in this predicament?

I am now almost in tears wondering how in the world do I file my taxes and then repay them if they are going to keep it. It was told they can with hold earnings, taxes, put a lien on my house... Which isnt under my name.

Help i need some answers.
