My taxes were improperly done not once not twice but three times and i still dont have all my money

I was charged 600dollars to file my taxes more than twice and still dont have al my money. I filed a ammendent return twice and was told that i did not owe any city taxes

The third time i filed i was told that i owe city taxes it is stated on paper if i am not satisfied i am entitled a refund of the fees i paid

I am constantly calling no one have return my phone call in three months ihave even called the corparate office even fax over a lettter

I call to speak with the head person in charge and she is never in the office
