Ripped off charged my credit card without permission

I am being charged 11.99 on my credit card, and I don't know why. I never signed up for this secret company. All I used my card for was to order plane tickets. I never checked any boxes that didn't concern my plan tickets. I think this company hacks into the internet, and steals our bank, debit and credit card numbers when we order something on line. How else would they get this information? This is such a scam. Now I have to get a new credit card with new numbers so this won't happen again. I hope someone is looking into this company, because they are ripping off alot of people.
