Want to forclose without helping

I have also had a problem with these people. I have tried to do a loan modification and was turned down. They said the loan was more than the value of the home which is false.

These people are really rude on the phone. They don't care about us and just want to take our house. I faxed a letter to try to do a deed in Leu and just give the keys back and just walk away without a forclosure. But these people are out for blood. I guess their company has enough money from rippinig off people to just sit on our houses until the market value goes up.

I live in Florida and these people will not even try to help at all. Maybe someday they will get theirs in the end. I just hope I am around to see it!
