Ripoff business from hell

On September 3rd Capital first called me and said that I qualify for credit line of $5000. They took a $29.95 Dollar fee for so call postage and handling, that was not the agreement original arrangement, was suppose to be a one time fee.

Then they started hitting my account for amounts of $99.95, and then again $59.95. Pre authorized payment that also trickled down to $30 overdraft fees times these three amounts. Please help me clear this matter, this has messed up my bank account tremendously
