Ripoff fraudulent business victimized many consumers

On June 15, I recieved a phone call from "San" an employee with Capital First, offering me a deal no one could refused. For only $29.95 (s. H)$99.99 (annual fee) plus a one time fee of $59.95, which would be drafted ONLY after a 7 day free trial.
On July 11 I called to see what was happening since they had already debit my account. I have called only to hear a recording. For the past 3 months I've been trying to contact this company because on 9/7/02 someone did answerd and promised that I would recieve my mastercard with-in 48 hrs.
To this date. I still don't have a Master Card
