Capital First Mastercard
Took $160.00 from my personal checking account after i cancelled the "membership" consumer rip-off fraud

On July 4 —
Recieved call from FIRST CAPITAL stating that I had been preapproved for a $2500.00 mastercard and that I needed to give them a $30.00 phone check. I did...

Three weks or so later I get this "membership packet" That states it is A "pay as you go mastercard" and that after my 30 trial period is up the $99.95 fee and $ 59.95 fee would come out of my account unless I called and cancelled.

I called immidiatly and cancelled and said I wanted nothing to do with them. This was the first part of August. The woman whom I talked to gave me a confirmation #. I thoght the whole thing was done. Them keeping my $30.00

I recieve my bank statement and there is a phone check debit for $99.95 and another for $59.95. Dated Aug 1. I have yet to recieve a card or any other contact from them.
