Credit Card Charges for new card were $195 the entire credit limit was $250

This company sends you a credit card approval application with almost no information in it. Since It did not include and fees other than the APR I assumed that there were no fees. I ordered a card and also got one for my domestic partner. When I went to sign up for the online account I saw that my card had a balance of $195 on it!!! The credit limit was $250 and I had never used it. I looked at the breakdown: $50 annual fee, $119 Acceptance fee, $20 for the second card and on top of all that $6 for a monthly account maint. How outraged was I! So I call the company and they are closed - at 6pm PST They are closed! I called back the next day to get this extremely rude person on the phone trying to give me some long speech about why I need to keep their card and if I do not listen to her she will not cancel my account, How rude is that. So I told her immediatly to get her manager on the phone, after about 15min I got the manager who said that if it made me feel better they would credit $25 half of the annual fee to me I was like ya right cancel it immediatly and she did said she would send me a letter then hung up on me!
