United Debt Solutions
Feel like I bought part of John Hacker's fancy cars!

I along with many others have been taken by United Debt Solutions. I fulfilled my account last April. That is the good part, The bad part is that United took money out of my account after the account was fulfilled. I called, they responded with this: We are putting in a new system and it has made a bad glich. It went back and picked up customers that have already paid! That was the first excuse! Second excuse was that their accounting department was so far behind and could I please be patient and they would get this straightened up within two weeks and I would have my money. Sound Good??? Well I waited sent a fax to them asking them to please take care of this matter, did not get any response, have called countless times and alway get the run around. Two weeks has gone into six months and like I say countless phone calls to United Debt. I would really like my money as I know there are many others out there wanting the same. There is no excuse for any of this but I'll bet you if you are late getting money to them the shoe would be on the other foot!!! Good luck to all who are waiting, I understand that there are alot of us.
