UnitedWorkers Credit Offered me a credit card with limit od $10,000 if I sent $37 I did so some time in September or October and have not revceived anything a this point

I received a mailing from UnitedWOrkers credit regarding a $10,000 credit offer if I sent $37.00. Out of curoisity I did respond to the mailing and just like I thought - I got no response from them. This occurred since September and I have not heard or received anything forn this company since then. I am seeking to get my money back.
