Ripoff lead to belive one thing then do rite oppsite foreclose after 15days late

In aug. Off 2006i suspoesaly was alowed to take over payments on a moblehome thay 21st mortg held the lein on. I was told that it was all ok. And tould that i could go a head and move the home to my land. I would be sent the lone pappers in the mail as soon as i got a phy. Address. It is now dec. 2007 to this day i hve not reciveed any paper work. I am told that this is not my home
21st mortg will not give me any infortmation on py home if the payment is one day let they call to forclose on me they will not give me any thing to get a home owners ployse on the home i am forced to pay thir hig price ins. They have gone up on thr ins 3 times in 1 yr. They harasss my mother all the time and she as nothing to do with this. Other than she owns the land it sits on
