Wachovia stole me $3,000.00

I had a mortgage with Wachovia Bank and when I signed the documents Wachovia's representative came late and she was in a hurry to leave because she had another closing. She put such a pressure on me that I couln'd read thoroughly the contract.in one of the non importante clauses there was an article regarding an early pay off penalty. I was never mentioned about that neither I had the time to read the freaking contract. When I paid off the mortgage they stole me the $3,000.00. I tried for all means to get my money back. I even wrote a letter to Federal Reserve but everybody knows they represent bank and never favor the clients.
