The lady in Greensboro hit home to me! I was curious as to why I no longer saw Cash Call ads on local tv, and wondered if they had screwed others as they did me! I found this site.
I too accepted money from cash call. It was all simple for them to approve and deposit the money in your account! There were emails, sent to me immediately, which all those people with computers able to respond to your application, DISAPPEARED as soon as I needed something in writing or a confirmation for something! These RIPOFFS Artists and "slight of hands magicians" debited my checking account for my first payment 2 weeks before the agreement date, and it caused my other checks to bounce, and they wouldnt put the money back or pay the return check fees. I'll bet I talked to 10 people every day for 2 weeks and every one gave me a different story, from yes we will do it today to a manager that was soooo very rude saying, why would anyone in their right mind put the money back in your account, with it coming due again in just a couple days. Each time I recieved a positive "solution" I asked for a name and confirmation email. They dont have emails there I was told. Funny how I got about 10 emails initially!!! (Remember, I went round and round with then for almost 2 weeks!) They really screwed me up big time. They wouldn't cover any overdraft fees THEY caused, and after paying them 2 payments, a miracle occurred and I got a credit card from my bank and was able to pay them off in full! With 0% interest! My payment with them was to be 80% interest. After they were dead set, they were NOT going to refund the extra payment, unbelievably I got the refund check in the mail for it! Now I know why!!! It's obvious they DONT do what they say they will do, and he said he wouldnt, so he did! After reading these other horror stories, I feel I am lucky to have gotten out of it and finally got a letter paid in full.
