Unfair practices Humble

I went into the humble branch and made a 600.00 cash deposit after requested that 200.00 go into my savings and 400.00 into my checking the teller informed me that i set up the savings online and would need to go home and transfer the funds online, I went home and logged onto my account and noticed the deposit in my account so i proceeded to transfer the funds as i was told to do,

Monday to my surpise i had 8 nsf fees on my account after arguing with the branch about these the branch manager and assistant manager each signed a letter stating the nsf were caused by there error but refused to credit the nsf fees. I received a letter from there collection dept i informed them i had letters stating the account was there fault they called the branch and spoke to the manager which said there were no such letters, capital one has now transferred my account to collections and im in the process of suing them for defimation of characte
